Any help on finding a supposed watch on the Fort?

So on the wiki it says there's a watch "underneath the outer wall of the southeastern tower of the Fort, stuck in a small crevice in the wall near the canyon edge". I can't seem to find it no matter how much i search, so i wanted to know if this was maybe on a past version of the game? Or maybe i'm just incredibly blind.

Is the watch the relic that can slow time for 15 seconds? If so its now sold by a merchant in chapter 1.

We're talking about chapter one, in case you're thinking on the fort of chapter two.
To find it, go to the bridge, South of the fort, walk trough it towards the fort, and head right before entering the gate. There, go as far as you can on the little ledge above the canyon, and there it is!

Those directions were kind of difficult to follow.

You know that little suspension bridge that you get to by going over the fence at the end of the little burial area (the one just past the broken train).
Just turn right after the bridge, and follow the wall. It's in the outer wall of the fort at the very edge of the map.

Let's say, you enter the Fort from the "front" (northwest entrance):

Immediately upon entering through the front door, there's a tower you can enter to the right. This tower allows access to a bed and the canyon below it by taking some stairs and you can exit the tower through a passage on the left.

Exiting the tower there's a big door which exits the Fort and leads to a rope bridge. If you take the left, instead of going to the rope bridge, and go all the way to the very (outside) corner of the Fort, you will find it
