$18,900 are you serious?
In order to buy everything from the merchant in Act 2, you need $18,900. This is absolutly crazy since people are trying to collect everything before moving onto a new chapter.

Just get the magpie buff, spec into loot perks and grab an artifact or two that increases loot chances.
You should be rolling in gold in no time.

Not a problem for me.

Why would you want to buy everything? This game literally gives you many weapons (the best ones too) and relics for free.
Buying *everything* from the merchants seems, well, ambitious. I usually buy ammo, but it also depends on the build, you can play ''cheap'' using bow and melee.

yeah if you make the choice to buy out the shops, that is entirely on you.

You don't need to buy all of that stuff and there is also a way to buy it once moving on to chapter 3

I am on like 25k after one day, what is the problem?:)

Honestly, with the sheer amount of money you can make, that doesn't seem like a problem at all. I know I was able to buy everything in chapter 2 and still have a ton of money and ammo by the end.

It is pretty jarring but you can find an item called "crismon brooch" that raises the sell value of the item for 5 dollars each kill and you find 3 of them in chapter 2. Couple that with the pistol Annabelle is selling you can basically get 20 dollars per kill if you equip all crimson brooches at the same time and use the pistol. Honestly it doesn't make the cost of the items any better but atleast the grind is a lot less painful that way, unless you die twice with all the brooches equipped and lose like 6000 dollars in total like me.

While I don't really understand why you would want to buy everything, I also feel like money is pretty easy to make in this game? I've only just done the fort area in act two and I made around about 4.5k from that alone (and that's after buying some ammo and bandages here and there when needed). Not to mention that the game says some enemies respawn if you sleep (haven't actually tried this, though some did respawn when I died) so in theory there's a bunch of loot you can farm on repeat via that. Obviously you are totally allowed to buy everything you want, but I don't think that's the intended design so if you want to do that you probably have to spend a little longer searching for loot and such (the reason I made 4.5k at the fort is likely because I'm very methodical and search everywhere because that's how I like to play these games haha). But it seems very likely that it wouldn't be too hard to get the money for everything should you want it.

are you f****** serious!!! meaning I would have to grind at least 20 hours!! in chapter 2? to get this much money because they have definitely decreased the amount of golden nuggets and other valuables in chapter 2 so it's even pointless because there's no way you will find all that money without also loosing money by spending ammunition and coins for blessings

of course! you would not understand! because if you don't collect items even if you don't use them? then it doesn't matter.

but it matters to me and probably many! many! others, we want all the weapons and blessings and things in the shop

I have found it, but I'm not gonna use it until I'm certain that I will not die with it, otherwise the value resets or from what I'm reading? goes down to zero.:whfbutterfly:

then please to share with me and everyone else! how you made that much money? without! selling other items, because the only way to make money is to sell parts of enemies, weapons they drop, and gold nuggets.

because you have to keep the coins and they also don't sell enough to make it worth selling.

how did you make that much money? because I am actively grinding and I only made 10,000+ in chapter 1

I managed to buy everything and then I left with 10,000 to chapter 2 it seems incredibly hard to make money.

where do you guys get your money???? and if you say "I sell x item" then depending on what type of item it is? I will never sell it, because I like to collect things, the only things I sell are things which respawn because then they are worth nothing

Okay, you know the Crimson Brooch item you get in Chapter 2? The artifact that banks value as you kill with it equipped? Which can reach into the thousands as long as you don't die and reset the kill counter?
Well, there's an enemy in Chapter 1 that has these as a rare drop.
Head north across the train tracks until you reach the broken bridge, then turn 90 degrees left. Be careful, he's pretty strong, and you might need to kill him multiple times, but he can drop the Crimson Brooch more than once.
