Weird crashes on Windows 10 probably releated to SECDRV.SYS failing to load

It happens sometimes, usually after 20-30 minutes of gameplay.

Crash looks nasty - sound becames jittery and self repeating and then system reboots. The only thing that Windows Event Viewer registers before the crash is that SECDRV.SYS is failed to load. because it was blocked

I remeber something like this being a problem in early days of Windows 10 for older games but I thought it was fixed eventually. I mean, I didnt even knew that SecureRom \ SafeDisc is still around

The description for Event ID 1060 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

\??\C:\WINDOWS\SysWow64\drivers\SECDRV.SYS

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table 

 The SecDrv service failed to start due to the following error: 
This driver has been blocked from loading

Nope, windows 10 here too and no problems yet.

Addition: It is not releated to gameplay, i think. It happened twice to me and in very different cirumstances, last time I was near the gunslinger trader guy.
