"tunnel, painting cutthroat"
I'm assuming I need to bring the Paint Cutter here, but I haven't found the tunnel yet. Any of y'all know whereabouts it is?

Found it, from the doctor's cave exit and head towards the sawmill. Hug the wall to your left. Right next to the tunnel, there's a walkway up to a cart. Attack the big painting in the cart with the painting cutter.

Northeast to the circus there is lonely wagon near tunnels. Take paintcutter there and cut the painting.
