I thought there'd be more, lol. The first boss was more of a hassle than the final one
Perhaps if it had been a multi-phased fight? First health bar breaks its wings and forces it to land, second health bar blows away the meat, and the third health bar is a necrotic demonic meat skeleton that's fast and hits hard, with a final health bar being the spirit form (finally a reason to use all that silver ammo I've been stocking up on since Act 1!)
Really felt like the amount of health it had was indicative of a multi-phase fight or at least not a final boss. Sure enough end game gear with stockpiled rounds that add +300 damage on your attacks ain't nothing to scoff at, but damn.
I think the only way it could have been made worse was if the cutscene immediately afterwards showed your cowboy guy panting and bloody like he barely came through alive lol
