What's the max level in the game?

Can't find the answer on google. What's the max lvl and is it possible to get every single perk at the end? Or are you limited by the said level or some cap?

Theoretically open end, but I guess nobody tried it out, since it would require an abysmal amount of farming. Also it is not really needed, plus all skills can so to say be purchased with a secret in chapter 3.

I don't think there is a level cap, and I can't recall the peak level number, but here they unlocked it all + extra points

You can unlock all perks at lvl 40 but yeah you can level up a whole lot more
