In a conversation with madame, you can find out that her favorite flower is a fireweed, but what to do with this information is unclear. You can find a firewees in the area of the burned doctor's house, one of the bushes(it's gonna be a little bigger than others) can be collected, then given to Madame. Perhaps this somehow affects her attitude towards the main character, but apart from gratitude, she will not give anything, maybe devs will finalize it with patches or it will be important in the third part. There's absolutely no information about in web. Sorry for bad english, I'm not a native speaker.
Короче, в разговоре с мадам на болотах вы можете узнать, что её любимый цветок это иван-чай или же кипрей(он любит расти на сгоревших пустырях, поэтому на английском называется fireweed, то есть огонь-трава), в интернете информации про это нет вообще, но взять кипрей можно у сгоревшего дома доктора, один из кустиков будет кликабельный, там будет росточек побольше, потом можно принести цветок мадам и она выразит нам большую благодарность, но какой-то физической пользы от этого не будет, может с патчами доработают, может в третьей части это как-то раскроется, пока хз. Что интересно-в интернете вообще нет информации по этому поводу.
