Report a translation problem
if someone activates the bell, it randomly selects a hand on the table, where the saw appears and a random chance for cutting (red blocks).
At the end of each turn, the saw rolls the current chance for cutting the hand.
If someone now attacks the bell, it moves the saw clockwise along all active hands, for the amount of fingers that attacked it.
So if you attack the bell with 3 fingers, the saw will move 3 hands clockwise.
For each attack that the bell receives, one of the small lights on the bell gets added, when they are full the chance of cutting gets increased by 1 red block.

Take a look at this image: when you hit the bell with three fingers raised, the saw will move clockwise between the hands in play. :)
