after this update brand lvl 16 and all character and item are gone this is crazy was this and intended system wipe cuz i lost everything was 7 away from getting the new toon

Thank you for your report. Just to make sure, you haven't changed the PC you play from? Cafe Maid only stores save files locally. Should you need to change, you can find your save files under :
C:\Users\admin\AppData\LocalLow\Woop\Cosplay Heroes\CosplayHeroes_Save\offline
