Id suggest Underrail.
Colony Ship is a tactics RPG like ATOM and has the same post-apocalyptic vibes.

Children of Morta is great for a hack and slash RPG. Flashier than Svarog. It can feel more like a bullet-hell at times.

I recommend Battle Chasers for something like Chained Echoes. Turn-based JRPG-style combat, a similar mix of fantasy and hi-tech.

Wartales is a good open-ended RPG if you want to control larger groups like in Caves of Lore. A group as big or small as you want to manage. Even as many as 50 people/animals. I've done a run with 2 characters (that ended in failure).

Roadwarden is excellent if you don't mind text-based RPG's.

You need to have a heart for old school games, but I like this game because it's not trying to be more than it is, it's not bloated but with a lot of secrets and puzzles to solve, neat mechanics and also very difficult on the first run. Book 1 is even free, so trying out can't hurt :)
