Feedback Life Drain mobs - SPOILER

Currently in the section where I have to fill up the might crystals and this area is just ridiculous .. hundreds of mobs spawning everywhere and within all the mobs spawns one of the mobs that lifedrains you to death within seconds... srsly why?

I have 180 life, 240 armor and 80 magic res but i just melt within a few seconds and most of the time cant even reach them because 20 ranged mobs spawn in the same area
