Is Wound useless for Sword users? Blood Frenzy strictly better?

Both now cost 40 Focus, both do 150% damage, both add +1 Bleed. But Blood Frenzy also adds +35% damage / existing bleed. Am I missing something about Wound? Yes, I understand it's useful for non-Sword users. I got used to landing Wound -> Blood Frenzy combo, now I feel like an idiot. Could free up a hotkey.

We may have overlooked the focus costs being the same. But other than that, in general, wound is an early freeby for most that gets plenty of use until other ways to proc bleed (if that is the build the player wants to go with) are available, and depending on how you skill, even longer, especially with other weapons available.
