Looking for spear trainers. Only found one fighter in the main camp who doesnt want to train me since im not part of his group.

-Remnants camp gladiators - Undefeated Ada, i think she wants money to teach you though.

-Dylan teaches for free. On the path from remnants camp to the tavern. Once you reach forest parts and can go west, do that. There will be a small fisher camp. You can see it on the map as well.

Unless the last patch changed it, you have to join a faction to learn them.
