Has anyone tried to get into Nemeton after joining the Remnant camp?

Yes, you are tolerated by most and other will tell you leave them be.

Guards at the entrence wont let you in, nor can you initiate combat with them. It is completly cut off.

So go there before joining remnanta, fight everyone for expe and items. Buy items you might need. You can also finish all the quests up until you choose to join.

with cheat console enabled you can go noclip and do quest and talk with npcs just fine, the only thing blocking you is the guard which can be easily circumvented
