Where do I actually learn the Brew Potion skill?

Enter the remnant camp (even if you're not part of it. They will let you in)
Then go left. You'll find a guy called Aidan. Help him and he might teach you. You'll need 100 gold, a basalt root and to drink his portion. No worries it'll give you +3 strength

You mean: "Go right", right? He's in the eastern part.
