Tomcat :( [Spoilers]

I gave Tomcat a fish, it ran south, I followed it... and then it got eaten by monster. I tried really hard to protect it, but mobs just kept targeting the cat, and the cat wasn't even in the mood to flee - it kept fighting.

I assume it tried to lead me to the corpse of its owner? Because there were tracks where the cat was leading me to.

Can we have a patch that makes the kitty not end its life in suicide? :(

Its all he does really, i found the body before finding him, he run to the corpse and stood there, thats it, unless i missed something. One thing that i know is be good to the anamils, dogs, cats, that matter hehehe.

It's impossible to keep the cat alive without knowing in advance that it will run and aggro the whole damn swamp.

I found the cat. Its in frog Island near with the merchat in the cave (Teigan i think)

This is a bit of a flaw, yes. It's why I'd just reloaded from my last auto-save once I knew to clear the monsters out in advance.

I wish I could just take that cat into my bag and carry him around with me like an amulet. Such a good kitty.
