Arena storyline trigger

Can't seem to trigger the start of the evening fight between Ebru and Sinistra, after which I need to come to the something something proximus guy to start the arena quest. Apparently it is a few minutes after 21:00 but my time is stuck at 21:00 whenever I sleep at the remnants camp. any known workarounds?

You can try 22:00
It worked for me when I was fighting Sinistra.
All other times 21:00 was good enough.

I ended up resting at nemeton and coming to the remnant camp, arrived just before the fight.
