where to find items for the shrines ?

I found a mirror and I remembered seeing one of the statues with a mirror in her arms and everything clicked toghether. So I started going to the shrines I had already found, I remember sol had a sword so ceremonial sword *ding* got it, then found another plaque that said you showed him his reflection so I used mirror *ding* got it, then I found another plaque that said headstrong like a ram so I used the goat thing and it worked. Now I only have some sort of seashell left in my special items inventory tab and I haven't found any shrine that accepts a seashell. Still, there should be 7 shrines so I am 3 items short anyways.

Where do you find these items that I am missing ?

All these things are either lying on the ground somewhere, or sold by a merchant. AFAIR there's no items that require you to fight someone or solve a puzzle.
