how do i enter the drivanius cave

i know where it is but i dont know how to access it (yes i have done the shrines and got the active seal of drivanius)

Testing my item container knowledge here. Any further playthroughs though, at least one trader in the remnants camp and nemeton sell a horn and lyra. Incense is a rarity but i know a spot for that one as well.

I am on my second playthrough, and tried to optimize my run, collected all the signet stones (in act 1), but couldn't find the incense burner to activate the last shrines south of the Moor area.
I have explored almost the entire map and found some hidden caves with treasures, but no incense.
I am still on act 3. I know there are some incense burner in the temple with the 7 gods puzzle, but it is yet unaccesible in act 3.
I remember that on my first run, this item spawned in one of the inventory of a merchant during act 4 (don't remember which one, maybe the guy with dream quest), but impossible to find before.
If someone knows a spot where it spawn whatever the act, please go on.

Edit: i completely messed up, the shrines needs rustmoss ... not incense even I think I put incense here during my first playthrough ... is it possible to place different items that activate the same shrine ?

Possible..cause i rmmbr putting in the incense but the guide that i followed said rustmoss..i hv no idea how that incense got in my inventory..must hv picked it up when i was exploring...
