Some questions.

Hello there, i really like the game. Im still at the begin i think. I have some questions, every help is welcome.

1. Is there a clear point where i have to decide for one side, i mean, makes the games this 100% clear that there is a point of ngb?
2. Im looking for trainers for skinning and lockpicking?
3. For those who already far in progress, are there enough lp to learn more than 1 weapon-skill-tree?
4. Where can i make potions?

Cant answer all your questions but I can number 1. Yes it is very clear when you are making a final decision on faction so you don't have to worry about accidentally picking!

3. not enough if you wanna invest something in mind/str/dex (depends on your playstyle)... best to focus at one type of weapon.. 4. u need first to learn potion brewing, then you can make them in any campfire

Where do I learn potion brewing? I explored Nemeton and most of the rebel camp and I cannot find any potion brewing teacher,

Remnants camp, east side. There is a guy brewing stuff. He has a quest for you, that leads to getting a potion for +3 Str. After that, he can teach you for some coins.

1. In my opinion, after I have explored almost everything in act 1, there was a point where I had no quests left anymore, other then the "join faction X" questlines. So yeah, I guess you kinda have to join a faction at some point.
2. South from remnant camp is Babsi. She will help you with that. But there are multiple trainers for skinning.
3. It's more of a matter of sacrifing LPs. Focusing on 1 weapon helps you to get huge numbers for dex/str and gives you access to stronger weapons quite early in the game thanks to prowess. But if you like the combination of melee + range, then there is still enough room to improve str/dex. But I wouldn't recommend learning more then 2 weapon types
4. East of remnants camp. The guy there wants your help to brew a potion (I think he need a basaltroot). You absolutely should give it to him if you have one. After that, he can teach you to brew potions. He also sells recipes for the potions.
