Bygone Armor 3rd Piece?

Does anyone know where the 3rd piece of the bygone armor is?

Like is it a part of the main quest like the first two, or should I go exploring for it? I just want to know if I'd be wasting my time looking around for it, or if it's just a part of the main story and to do that xD

I'm at the end of Chapter 4 and manage to loot 9 bygone armor pieces.
