Best weapon type for focus buildup?

Any theorycrafters out there that know which weapon type would be the best to quickly build up focus?

i only played with axes and spears, and both had bonus focus on their last passive skill. Spear bonus was better. also both have good range, so it is easier to not get hit and accumulate focus compared to daggers and swords. Sword is kinda designed for crits and shield, daggers around bonus after dodge. so i would say spear is best? but daggers had some flat 10 focus passive skill somewhat early so choose between those 2

Yea, the spear felt good in the first run to safeily build up focus and get away to cast spells. On a sidenote, i equipped a shield with the spear but didnt buy the skills for shield. The special spear ability was useless and the shield free extra defence stats.

Other weapons have a higher base focus build up though. Sword and axe get a legendary belt that increases focus by 50% on last combo attack.

Dagger build focus really fast as well, but u'll need to be on point with your dodges. High risk, high reward kind of gameplay
