Where is Bady (Act IV | Joined Nemeton) ?

I'm going nuts. I really want that last axe skill, as well as the achievement, but I can't find Bady. I unvoluntarily skipped act II and can't find him anymore. Since I cannot finish the "Make your own talisman quest" (went to the circle, but the game bugged and I didn't receive the correct item) I'm fear constantly that everything is bugged. :|

I put screenshots of his location in my skills guide at the bottom. Basically north of remnants camp, southwest of remnants mine, near a waterfall. Around the area full of red birds.

Finding him is the easy part.

I found BEATING him was way easier than finding him, considering I found him when I already had all legendary gear.
