Weird Demeanor Quest possibly broken

I found out about the tattoo.
I talked to the guard and followed the trail.
I found 3 bandits in the ruins. Footsteps lead to a dead body which i can not interact with.
I think the solution would be able to interact with it but its not possible. I might have been at the bandit camp before i started the quest.

NM that was the wrong trail, i had to go further south

I joined Nemeton and found that body, is that one of the traders in the ruined camp? The bug was i found the named body and when i went back to see if that was a quest the guy was there, alive and kicking hehehe. I let it go since i was pretty sure that is a quest if you join the ruined camp dudes.
