Earliest mind trainer?

I'm trying to do a pure mind playthrough on my second run, I'm having trouble finding an early-game trainer who offers mind training though, does anyone know of one?

Blind druid from the forest or gather some signets and unlock raiders. The druid has low cap so he's supposedly the earliest

Ruin Raider dagger trainer will train mind up to like 120 or 150. Something ridiculously high.

Im gonna wait for some mod that gives me a rune stone early game, and a trainer thats not inside a forest full of shadow dogs hehehe.

The Ruins Raider trainer is a lot easier to get to IMO. You only need 3 or 4 of the 6 signets plus the strange relic. The hardest part is the mine with the relic, otherwise you should be able to do it without fighting anything tougher than boars

But you can't start the quest without the strange relic, so you need to do the "Missing" quest first.
On my new playthrough I wanted to do full mage build and save points, I collected four of the signet stones, but can't turn them in.
