Achievements

So I finished my first playthrough for Remnants. Didn't get a couple of achievements. Some of them I know are not faction related like "That silver is mine" and "Iron", but maybe someone have info about other ones?

"Scavenger Hunt", "It all began when...", "Last one standing", "Animal whisperer", "Utter Trust", "For the community", "Beware of the old blood".

Are those faction related?

I think I did all the quest for Nemeton and Remnants in Chapter 1 before joining. Could it be because I skipped chapter 2?
And as for "Animal whisperer", I interacted with cat, ship, gecko, dog, piglet. Am I missing someone?

Those two require you joining a faction and are mutually exclusive. Some quests for Community appear at later stages of the game.

Canary? I don't know the trigger for it, I've just interacted with every single animal except for unnamed sheep. It may require interactions with named animals as well.

Someone knows of the ''Beware of the old blood'' achiv? I think for the icon that is about killing all those ancients trees

this if from quest Dream of another world, where you collect fossil for Lorthiz

Yeah, I interacted with canary as well. Maybe it is all the names ones

Where'd you guys find gecko? I've searched entire map and under hills, but none sight of it!

In 1 act it sits at the bottom of training ground of gladiators, between sinistra and liandra, act 2 and forth near Bady, when he moves to the north of the remnants camp

I've managed to explore once more all of the animals in game: I found and fully interacted with canary, I've petted piglets before and after letting them go, I've interacted with ships from tavern before certain moment, I petted gecko twice in different places, I even found frogs, petted and fed all ships, dogs, cats, but none of this had any effect on achievement.
I'm lost in thought wha I did wrong or is there any other pets maybe, after chapter 3-4?

Utter Trust is from Gawan's questline, gotta give him money throughout the game, before Chapter 4, to finish his questline and get it

Can anyone suggest how to do “Part of the Deal” achievement, please? I’ve done all the quests i had in my journal and finished the game, yet I didn’t get the achievement.

You should join Remnants on the Eugen’s side (choose his squad), then there will be brawl event, and you should be the last (and the only) one standing in the end of it
