All 7 Shrines

Hello guys, i can't manage to get to the last of the 7 Shrines on the top Left of the map... May someone help?

There's a certain point in the main quest where you cant reach that area for some time. Happens after the expedition to the forest. You'll get access to it again after completing a main quest that sends you to the north east corner of the map.

Speaking of shrines how do I open the wall in Pwyll's Cave in Act 4 it leads to the mid west shrine.

For the shrine in the ruins just north of primeval forest I think you just need to progress the story till it makes you go there.

There is another entrance to this cave where the western/northern piglets were in the dark forrest. When you enter by that side you can access their camp entrance and the entrance to this shrine :)

can you give me a more precise location of the second entrance? I am in Act 6 after the destruction of the forest and cant find a way to access the shrine.
