I believe that the foreskin situation is pretty good for the game all things considered

you might learn about it from a joke about foreskin

For me it was the second case, and it's pretty good

I'd understand if this was some kind of inside joke for terminally online weirdos, but this is just a common word in english. Lots of people knew about this game before release, too, they could have warned them.

If you've seen how devs react to any criticism, you'd know that they'd ignore those warnings.
