Item Icons looking like glass in the inventory

I have notice that some items in my inventory look like they are behind glass, does anyone know what that means?

Do they look like that all the time? Cause maybe it just shows you new items in your inventory.

Yeah that was it, it seemed to bug however as it wouldnt go away untill I restarted the game
