weird purple lantern

I've found a weird purple latern inside a cave in the east of Nametown. What a i supposed to do here ?

might be related to the act 4 quest "dreams" (guy to the right, outside the tavern)

I am on this quest right now, looking for the lantern, will try your suggested cave now, lets see^^

You come back to it in a chapter 4 quest, make sure to mark where it is.

I found the cave with roots around the edges but can't find the lantern. Any help?

How do you get that quest? I got a dude from the bonded there with Cay and a guy that is just a vendor with nothing else. Maybe I missed the quest trigger?

Okay I found out. You need to go down south to the place where a woman was mourning her "children" and interact with her. Then it should trigger when you walk near the vendor outside tavern.

Bottom right of the map, there is a spear tip shaped part of the map that points right. Its on the tip.
