Ruins Raiders Questline Start Location

Topic, I've been everywhere on the map more or less and talked to everyone in their camp with no quest start so I'm assuming it's some random NPC in a random location. I'm playing on the review build so it's possible the quest is bugged out.

I also found a way out of bounds which is amusing since it's a 2D game, might have already been fixed though.

How to find the bandit's camp? I killed Fawini and the dude who came with her, so I didn't get taken away.

Looking at your map, mid western moors area there is a spot with a path heading south, hug along the western walls and keep moving down, there will be a path through the water that leads into a little area, you will find humans there and a cave entrance. This can be hard to find, I even had issues finding it again on my second playthrough.

The moors being the swamp area between the Inn and Nemeton?
Hugging the "walls" there makes me come back to the purple Clovage field near the Inn. I might be searching in the wrong area..

Theres a paint puzzle in that bandit/cave temple where Baltus is, i can just find one clue, tried everthing else on the second puzzle, anyone has a tip for the second hint/puzzle??

couldnt you just take a picture of your map instead? this could be literally anywhere

Explore the Cave in this section/Temple completely and you will find it, the Cave is not to big and its a closed one.

hey i've finished the "missing" questline, but can't get to start the ruin riders questline. I've found their location tho. I've search online that if you want to combine the signet stone, you should talk to Ede (ruin riders boss). But when i talk to him, i don't have the option to combine the stone

just what did i miss?
