Last "Daggers" Talent

Does someone know, how i get the last Daggers Talent "fully focused!"? I am at act 4 now and with the Remnants Camp. Boris can´t teach me and can´t find someone else.

Yeh, in really late game you can learn it from Bady (dont remember exactly his name, you are fighting with him in the arena). He is spending his time in some isolated place, i marked it on my map with a star, you can find him there, it needs 4 points.
