Anyone know who teaches the last axe skill battle frenzy?

Yeh, in really late game you can learn it from Bady (dont remember exactly his name, you are fighting with him in the arena). He is spending his time in some isolated place, i marked it on my map with a star, you can find him there, it needs 4 points.
