How to help Afrin

How do you help Afrin rejoin Nemeton? I beat up a bunch of bandits and found some incriminating letters signed by "B" but I'm at a dead end.

Spoiler After the delivery and getting ambushed by Boris goons and loot the letter, go back to Asmus tell that you were ambushed, show the letter and for the last part you can give the delivery job coins to Asmus or keep it to yourself. Do that and it will clear Afrin's name.

Ah thank you. I think I ran away from the bandits and completed the quest so sadly Afrin will stay exiled

Maybe this still works if you find the bandits again? If you just need to loot them this should be possible.

I've managed to kill the bandits but I sold the letter to Boris for 100 coins as there wasn't anything about showing this letter to Asmus in the quest log, and I obviously forgot about that possibility. But I have also killed another bandits in ruins near, and there was another letter signed with B. but somehow Asmus doesn't care about it.

Any chance I can still get the letter from Boris? Perhaps, by fighting him, though he's pretty tough, doubt I can handle him.

You can get the letter by fighting Boris, but the dialogue for Asmus wont appear a second time. You do it right the first time or its over.

You CAN send this as feedback to the devs c:
The in-game function to send feedback or a bug is there.
It's something to consider since this is also incriminating evidence (apparently, as far I can guess, the flag is however only to that first letter as noted by the above post)
