From what I've seen this far, there is no difference in gameplay depending on your character creation. So, your character might look slightly different - but NPCs don't react differently. Which is fine, honestly, just fyi: it seems to me, after 8 hours of gameplay, that there's no incentive to start a 2nd playthrough as another body type/gender.

Thank you. I was simply curious if there's an option at all. Some cRPGs and RPGs only let you play certain achetypes, even if the character can be customised a bit. Especially since this one's quite cheap, and I didn't want to mess with the devs trying it out for myself and refunding if I didn't like it.
