Lockpicking skill

does anyone have any idea where to learn the lockpicking skill? i got stuck in my quests since the only way i think i can progress is by opening a door i cannot lockpick yet and i cant find a teacher to save my life

I want to say the travelling merchant in the woodcutter camp but I may be wrong, I know I got it very quickly though because I robbed the camp leader.

I haven't progressed in that direction, but there's some shady characters in the Remnant's camp who probably teach that.

For me it was in Nemeton with the crafter who learn the first crafting skill. Upon arriving in town ask a guard for directions.

there is a blacksmith at the upper quarters in the remnants camp. he can teach you crafting 1&2 and lockpicking.
