Where to get bear traps from?

I need 3 for a quest and have no idea how to get them.

Either craft them yourself or buy them from a vendor.

- Where's the schematics to craft them?
- What vendors sell them?

You can buy the blueprint in a few places, can't remember exactly where, but the hunting-type merchant in the remnants' camp and Nemeton in particular are probably a good place to begin
