Dagger teacher

I have explored 99% of map, and the game tells me that the only dagger teacher in the game is Locke, a thief from Nemeton. The problem is, I've already finished his questline, and he doesn't want to teach me anything.

Any other teachers in Act 1?

Do you mean the final dagger talent? Only Bady can teach you the final talents after you have defeated him.

There are many Mind Stat teachers in the game. Reija of the Ruin Raiders is a good option. She can teach you all stats up to level 120.
