Floodplain Forest - where do i get out?

I've read many threads about getting to the norther plateau and people who can't find the way into the dungeons. I've found the way pretty quick but i don't find the way out! Where the ♥♥♥♥ do i have to go to to get out? I wanna just get back home!!!

Act 1: Same here. Easy to find the way in, but how to get out? Following the foot steps led me to a temple with an NPC that gets hostile when spoken to. To the left is an area with spiders you cannot jump into. Just beyond the campfire is an opening that is blocked by rubble. I tried to backtrack, but no luck. Keep going in circles. Would be great if there was a potion allowing the player to teleport to an early game neutral area.

go to the temple with the harpies to the north west of it there is a cave to get you out

Thanks for the response, much appreciated. There is indeed a temple area with three harpies. It has a hatch to an underground library with some loot. In that same area there is also a somewhat hidden cave with a learning stone. Is that the area you are referring to?

Okay, I managed to successfully backtrack out of this area and am back in the game.

may i please ask for some assist in this regard pls? =/ been an hour or more runnin around after getting crystal from spider... i cant get back home... im missing some frikkin gap or summin i dunno im goin crazy any help pls :o

You should be able to find a stonehenge. From there, go east, then north along the river after that, go west, past a big ruin with some harpys, then stick to the northern wall till you reach a cave, that's the way out.
