Will there be ever a Drova 2 game?
Well, I just finished my second run. This time with the "best ending". And I really like the conclusion and what I had to do in order to get the good ending. It is good, that it wasn't just about having a certain item, but also doing certain things in the game that seemed unrelated for such an ending.

This contains a bit of spoiler for people who haven't achieved the best ending:

So, it's quite similiar from Gothic 1 to Gothic 2. You free the divinities and they remove the death fog, opening up the world for all humans that are still alive. Ofc that means, that there should be a much bigger world to explore now. My imagination leads to things like: What has the death fog left behind? How did it alter life within? Plants? Animals? Are there new structures, maybe whole cities from the Bygones? Maybe even more ancients threats that were able to survive within the death fog and have advanced during all that time and they see you as invaders, maybe even a threat because you're the reason the death fog is gone?

So many possibilities now and I wonder, if it is possible that we may get a Drova 2 in a distant future. No official announcement, but maybe something like "We've got ideas. But no promises" or something like that :)

I wonder, if it is possible that we may get a Drova 2 in a distant future".

Do you really expect them to have a Drova 2 on the map when the game is literally a few weeks old? Isn't it more likely to give this game a DLC and additional content first? Also, they would have to see the final financial results first etc.

Given the ratings, I would assume Drova 2 is a save thing but it's all about $$$. Time will tell.

Perfekt. Mehr wollte ich nicht wissen.

I really think you haven't read my text at all. I don't want any offocial statement from them. Just a thought. Like the post from Sushi. Knowing, that the devs have a Drova 2 in mind, depending on the success of Drova, is already enough for me.

How long is the game?

My first 100% run took 58 hours.

Played 2 full runs. First run, I explored like 90% of the games content, in the second run I would say almost 100%. I have 144 hours, but I would argue that 20 hours were AFK. So I guess if you are an explorer that likes to backtrack to old locations with better equipment/new skills, you can expect 40-60 hours in your first run. If you follow the story straight without exploring to much, you will need like 15-25 hours, but may struggle at some of the harder story battles.

30 hours long if you explore a lot (while not doing everything).
My two runs took 30 hours each, give or take.
