Where is Killian?

Where can I find him?

Remnants Camp, main entrance, straight up and no turning left or right whatsoever.

I'm at the entrance where the guard is, and then up there's Levin's building and down to the left there's a mine.

That is not the camp, that is the pit.

It's a completely different location, south and west from the Woodcutter's camp instead of west and north. Just follow the road outside of the mine south and west and it will dead end you right in front of the remnant camp inside of some ruins.

If you have the crude map from the start, it's where the big red spiral is.
