Nope, not possible. Kendrick went against everything Nemeton stands for. He acted more like a Remnant dude, always open for direct and murderous conflict and was ready to blackmail and sacrifice some of his own people "for the greater good". It's not a minor offense. It's the most worse criminal act you could do within Nemeton. Treason and willingly make the life of people within the community worse. The players political standing is not big enough at this point in the game to change the outcome. Especially since the Nameton leader is extremely strict when it comes to rules.
In all seriousness, nope it ain't.
You are living in an isolated area, with maybe 100 souls.
Why would you execute capable people when life is getting harder by the day and you need every single person.
Not to mention the main character and someone else (forgot the name of the npc), are going behind the leaders back aswell just one or two chapters later.
I really didn't like how they handled this questline. Especially how the whole festival of fire played out felt off and silly...
And they didn't give the player any agency. You could say something here and they, but it never mattered and you couldn't alter anything in the whole questline. Not the best writing in my opinion.
