Shrine of Bootes question *spoilers*

I'm working on the Secret of Ruin Raiders quest after capturing the divinity in Forest Primeval. Unfortunately, it seems that the shrine of Bootes (north of the forest primeval) is no longer accessible after the forest got ruined and I'm unable to get the active seal of drivanus because of that.
Is there any way to get to the shrine after the forest dies? Is there any legit design reason why this part of map is inaccessible at this point of the game?

It was never accessible, actually. You need to continue the main quest to access that area.

You'll be able to get there again late in Chapter 4

If it makes you feel better activating this shrine just doesn't do a lot for you until the end of the game anyway

You can access it even in chapter 1 if u get the spark before joining anyone. All u need is the spark.

Not sure, but you can get an epic set, that was great for me up until near the end of the game, when you get legendary armour.

It can be found NW of the remnants camp. Guarded by very tough enemies, but you can kite them one by one back to the remnants camp and let the guards there beat them up for you.
