Custom Maps and Where to Find Them

Did you see that Custom Songs tab in the game?

I finished the main campaign (9.8/10 btw) on Medium and wondered where I could find any custom maps. And apparently, some map maker (or a group of map makers) for this game made a site for that (I found their DS server). And some custom levels are already available!

It's againstmaps dot com.

I hope this is helpful because at first I thought custom songs would only be available in the future

Question: I downloaded all of them and am only seeing one in game; in the map I hear no music. Do I put the songs unzipped or zipped in the Customs folder? I tried both and no change

These are the instructions from the FAQ on the website:

1. Download an achieved map from the site.

2. Unzip it to the CustomSongs folder in the game's directory folder, for example
F:\SteamGames\steamapps\common\AGAINST_steam\AGAINST_Data\StreamingAssets\CustomSongs

3. Launch the map from the 'Custom maps' tab in the game.

Also, I'm pretty sure you can only have one installed at a time. Because the song OGG files overwrite each other

I'm download the eny custom song's in a directory \AGAINST_steam\AGAINST_Data\StreamingAssets\CustomSong but in a game have not it. In "Custom maps' tab writing about the songs not found, download to \AGAINST_steam\AGAINST_Data\StreamingAssets\CustomMaps I'll create a new folder "CustomMaps" in dirrectory, download a zip file on this folder, but a game not seeing it. I'll truing unpack zip file, not works... (Sry for my english, i'll take learning)

Unzip them into their own folders within the CustomMaps directory.

Then double check that the folder name matches up exactly as the base name of the files. Otherwise they won't show up.

The directory in which the custom songs go in is not called "CustomMaps", but "CustomSongs"!!!!

How do you share your maps if they're too large for the site to accept?

Its not working. I copied into the mentioned costomsongs folder
1 the zip file,
2 unzipped the files
3 copied the zip file into a folder under the customsongs, named same as the zip file
4 unzipped the file into a folder under the customsongs. named sam as the zip file.
In the game the custom map tab still empty.

Every custom map needs to be in its own folder within the CustomSongs directory. And the name of this folder has to match the name of the .json file of the map you're trying to install.

So the path should look like AGAINST_Data -> StreamingAssets -> CustomSongs -> Name of your map matching the name of the .JSON file -> Then all the files of the map.
