Stuck on "The farms will soon be empty!" quest

I'm trying to finish the timed "The farms will soon be empty!" quest, but I may have encountered a bug. I'd already pulled the door off the nomad tower to destroy the jammer, but now the game won't let me advance any further. The nomads asked me to pull the door (already done), and when I interact with the group, I just get the icons for sandwitch, jammers, no wifi, etc. Any suggestions how to finish this?

I believe the next step in the quest is to talk to a specific nomad (can't remember name, short dude who was hanging around by himself). You have a conversation about how to possibly advance, and your character gets excited.

I got this exact bug too and reported it to the discord. The devs had a look and said it would be fixed in the next patch, so to just sit tight until then
