Demo says no license

The demo won't start, the license is supposedly missing

It's a problem when using run as administrator. It's very odd.

(I get it in the full game, not the Demo)

Me to...im having the same issue...im glad i tried the demo beforei bought the full game...i cant even get the damn game to play.

Same issue here! Don't want to buy the game before at least being able to run the Demo!

Same problem after the game asked me to update my AMD Radeon 780M driver because of possible DX12 problems (now version 24.8.1).
The exact message when trying to start the demo is :
CaravanSandWitch invalid license!
The game has been started outside of any known PC store.

Please ensure you have a valid license to play this game.
The game will now close.
Tried to uninstall and reinstall, I still gets the same error.
