Buffs what he does to everyone. Heroes & units. The mountains, the plains, enemy drops all have something you can gather or stumble into, loot. You get them and then you sorta like craft and their are recipes and such and just luck them up but some of these ingredient's are very rare and precious and you can mess up trying to just think of a combination and lose all the stuff. But Hnayanzi, some of the thing the Alchemist makes are so powerful and the diversity you have is endless. You pretty much adjusting and modding your army the way you want. Playing the game opens up more recipes. Your like Issac Newton(x) a thousand.
A mad Scientist. Like I give you a couple examples. One I found you create is one that when you equip it you can traverse any terrain, mountains don't stop you. there only a couple like wildlife that can climb mountains so I take a single cheap resource gather and go where no-one can get me and scout, loot just a very sneaky move.
Now about them Demons what you want to say. Them some just Op very High Damage, High Health, High Defense. They got OP spells and Hnayanzi you will just turn the other way or they will be the absolute last thing you want to bother I tell ya.
But there is one thing that will help you out with them.
White Magic
I just got the last 2 DLC's Christmas and Spellforce Conquest of EO in no Joke.

Once you have that, you (basically) win!
For Alchemist, you can basically start anywhere, but the Golden Fields or Misty Coast are preferred for their ease of gathering or lots of forests. You just gather stuff and make Fire Golems. With enough Fire Golems (1 or 2 is usually sufficient per fight), you then rush down the Circle Mages. You can wipe out the opposition the fastest as Alchemist (it generally takes the most time to just find/travel to the Circle Mages).
