New Features
Cant find this new Advanced Options settings - for enabling second profession and shuffling spells.
Any idea where it is?

Also doesnt looks like that Demonology can be mixed with Dreamweaving - not a huge deal but bummer demons cant benefit from dreams. Kinda puts faction at the disadvantage.

On the "Choose Your Difficulty" screen when starting a new game, at the bottom of the screen there's a button for "Advanced Settings." It is in there.

While you are right that you can't make a unit both Possessed and Dreaming at the same time, if you play your cards right you *can* have a unit that is both a Demon and Dreaming. This can lead to some pretty stellar stat buffs, especially if you also give them a possessed item.

Oh, one other thing to consider is that only Demonologists can remove a Dream from a unit without killing them!

Necromancers have a very niche capability too, one of the souls used in undead crafting gives the 'eager vessel' trait that allows soul/dream swapping.

How do you activate the 2nd profession? I started a new standard campaign and turned on the 2nd profession under the advanced settings and it said you would be notified after a couple of weeks on how to activate a new profession. I'm on week 11 and haven't seen any notification.

Ahhh, I didn't know about that. Nice catch!

A quest will pop up about an airship called "The Sale." You need to go to it. I think it is triggered by main story progress, not turn number, as I encountered it by like week 6.

Edit: Thinking about it some more, it could have also been my mage's rank. I did both pretty fast that game.
