Unique souls

Hi all.
People, who knows what unique souls are in the game?
Where and how to get them?

Done some tests of my own and I got the quest to show in Connacht without any other obvious triggers, so I am now persuaded that it's random.

PROPOSAL: Make this quest always show for necromancers
RATIONALE: The soul is an excellent reward, but not OP (it's a guaranteed L3 soul with one special ability) but because no starts begin very near Connacht if you rush for the soul to get it early and actually manage to complete the quest with a near-starting stack, you've earned it.

PROPOSAL 2: More unique souls. Lots more unique souls
RATIONALE: Mmmm, souls. Oh, sorry, have I gone full necro? My soui- sorry, apologies. I didn't mean souls. Mmmm, souls.

Btw. for which undead unit you would use the soul of Magistrate Reinhart?
I think Lich would be fine because of the 4 additional focus, but then i think about using it on a Vampire because the 30 hp buff.

I like it on a Spectre as Nightfall is good but a bit focus-hungry and Spectres can be squishy, but a Lich is also good. Meldec is the one I make into a Vampire.

My choice is Lich or Spectres.

Ok, i made a lich of the soul now, when he gets necro heal he will need some focus...

Can you confirm that it is an extra option in the web welled questline for clarity?

I turn him into a lich I think it's just fitting, it's what he would have wanted.

I always turn meldec into an emissary, it's what he was before basically and it's a good fit.

No, it seems to come up *instead* of the Webbed Well quest. I think the two *might* be mutually exclusive.

Yes, but only from mining the soul flowers.
