Constructions site within my domain

Now, one of the earliest quest is to have a construction site within my domain. Now I have that, but the quest is still marked as not fulfilled. Am I missing something?

Do you also have 5 different room types built? These quests have 2 objectives that must be filled simultaneously.

Then press the button below those 2 goals, it is not completed automatically.

well, the game says that i have 0/1 construction site. But there is a construction site within my domain. Do i have to do something to that site? there is a yellow treasure chest and a white crossed hammers icons on it.

OH , i figured it out. the crossed hammers on hamlets are not construction sites. Its the actual on map location called constructionsite that is a construction site :)
